Shipping policy

Will I have to pay customs duty on my order?

Import VAT and tariffs might be chargeable on your order depending on your location. As the seller, we are only responsible for shipping the product. As the buyer, you are required to pay any import costs such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.

If your parcel is sent and you refuse to pay any customs duty/VAT/clearing fees, this could result in the parcel being returned to us. At this point, you can pay to have the parcel sent out again or choose to cancel the order for a refund (minus the original cost of shipping). As the buyer, you are required to pay any import costs such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.

Update (13/12/24) Due to the implementation of IOSS/EU VAT and more recently the GPSR requirements, delivery to the EU and Northern Ireland has been paused. Delivery to EU and Northern Ireland locations will commence as soon as possible.

Update (01/09/25) All orders from the United States (USA) will be liable to pay import tax and tariffs. We use Evri International for orders to the USA and you will be contacted via email by Evri International upon dispatch to collect import tax/tariffs related to your order.

Please note, import tax/tariffs charged may vary depending on your order value/where the products ordered are manufactured.

How many days will it take for my order to be shipped?

After your order is placed, we aimed to have orders dispatched the next working day (unless otherwise stated), however please allow up to 3 working days during busy periods. Processing times exclude weekends and national holidays.

What are the qualifying regions for your domestic shipping options?

All UK addresses qualify for domestic shipping, provided that Royal Mail (our primary delivery method) are able to offer delivery at domestic rates.
