Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day, however please allow up to 3 working days. During busy periods, this dispatch time may be slightly delayed, but you will be notified in these circumstances.

UK Standard delivery is generally 2-3 working days via Royal Mail.

International Delivery times may vary but generally take between 5-10 working days via Royal Mail. 

It is your responsibility to pay any customs and handling fees that your package may incur during transit.

 

Returns/Exchanges

Need to return or exchange a product?

All refunds and exchanges must be requested and approved prior to returning goods.

Customers have 14 days upon receiving their package(s) to request a return/exchange. Once we have accepted the request, customers then have an additional 14 days to return the package(s) back to us before their refund or exchange is processed.

We require that all products are returned in the original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging where necessary.

Please return your product(s) with a copy of the order summary included within the package. This way we can quickly and correctly process the return/exchange to avoid further delays.
